What are we drinking?
Lani had 2005 Menage a Trois White Table wine from Folie a Deux.
Wine notes: A delightful blend based on three varietals - Chardonnay, Moscato, and Chenin Blanc. Soft floral aromas, and gentle caressing fruit flavors leave you wishing for more. $8.

Sam had 2005 Sonoma Coast La Crema Chardonnay from California.
Wine notes: Fresh aromas of citrus, butterscotch and lemon peel open to appealing hints of jasmine and nutmeg. On the palate, rich butter cream, pear and citrus meld to create a plush, rounded middle, with toast and caramel adding richness and texture to the long, lingering finish. 13.5% alcohol $18.

Shout-out to:

The Chocolate Fairy where Sam works.
Sam for sending the UPS guy to Lani's door with wine again!
Jennifer Duffy in Montgomery, Texas:
I'm always hearing about the mechanics of plotting - doing so on note cards (huh?) and now Sam, with the spreadsheets (interesting and speaks to my little spreadsheet heart).... but I'm afraid I don't get it. How do you do this organized plotting? I'm a mess, it seems - a pants-er who really, really wants to be more of a plotter. And how about books to help with plotting, any recommendations for that?

We Recommend!
Lani recommends: Early Ink (website)
